• Past and present choices impact the game in wonderful and unexpected ways  
• Much-improved level design leads to challenging, exciting battles  
• Fantastic art design makes great use of color and composition  
• Top-notch voice acting brings every major character to life. 

The Bad

• Some glitches and bugs  
• Galactic travel and scanning aren't much fun.

+ Lebih banyak cinematic , memorable action di cerita, emosi tiap character dari awal udah terlihat banget
+ Dari segi graphic ngga banyak perubahan selain detil2 kecil dan CG nya,
+ Tidak berat di hardware, requirement system masih sama dengan ME2
+ Grenade is back, as a skill
+ AI musuh lebih pintar dan ammo yg tersedia tidak terlalu banyak, difficulty "story" atau RPG" yang bagian combat lebih mudah pun sedikit lebih susah dibandingkan di ME2 dulu
+ Ada tambahan multiplayer
